It was good fast,good quality and friendly staff but there was a couple problems with men staring at my wife and trying to flirt with her while we ate they even walked up to the table trying to start a conversation with her while me and my family was eating other than that 100 recommended

I’m so upset. I won’t be going inside for my food here for a while. I ordered my food at 10:00. I watched 15 people get there after me and get their food before me. When I finally was done waiting at 10:38 I waited at the counter. I then stood at the front for 7 min waiting for someone to talk to. Ridiculous, then she said what’s the problem then waited another 5 min for my food. Just upsetting I was the first one to order and the very last to get my food.

Bust drive thru, got to window, they had no clue about order, took recept, said bring out out 1 minute, over 15 minutes go by, they had forgot about us, order was checked at counter, still wrong, 3 tries to get it right, 1/2 order was cold as it was setting out for the 15 minutes orphaned on the counter. Drive the 10 minutes to seymour next time, get taco bell a -2 star experience

I ordered 4 pc (over $6) chicken strips...I opened the box up and they smelled horrible,,like burnt cooking oil and looked like they had laid for hours under a heating lamp...I called and spoke to a Nicki about it immediately and explained it and they wouldn't give me my money back... only replace them with anything I wanted...brought them back untouched with receipt for a big mac meal and they acted so stingy they didn't want to give me the fries or drink...horrible customer service...I had to make an extra trip back but fries and a drink was just to much for them.

The older gentleman working mornings especially during the week is so kind, fast, and polite. Vanilla iced coffees and sweet teas forever always taste good ❤️

The food was alright but the manager except one just sucked the people sucked and it was a toxic working environment
No dining room food for over 28 minutes despite 30+ sandwiches in the bin all stacked up getting cold and 12 or more people in the dining room waiting. They were disorderly and confused. Contacted the GM and she retaliated instead of being responsible and checking on her store to fix the problem.

I ordered through the app for curbside pickup and waited 20–25 minutes before finally getting my food. After checking in and waiting another 15 minutes with no service, I walked inside to see if I could grab it myself. My order was just sitting there while multiple employees walked past it without even acknowledging it. This place has really gone downhill—completely unprofessional and disappointing.

98% of the time the orders are made wrong or stuff is missing if you go there at night. just beware they won't refund it exchange unless you have the receipt even if you just went through. it's ridiculous. tonight they were all arguing like idiots with each other
