Put in an order on the app and my fiance went to pick it up. When he returned he told me they forgot to get italian bread out so they tried to call me but it didn’t go through so they put it on a bread I don’t like. I called the store and asked if I could just receive a refund and that I never received a call from them. The girl who answered the phone then got very rude and started yelling saying if I was going to call her a liar she would just hang up. I explained that I never said they didn’t call just that I didn’t get it. I asked if I could just receive the refund as I wasn’t going to eat the sandwich since I didn’t approve the change and she just said “Fine. But it’ll be awhile.” and immediately hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

Thus subway in Bryant is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Every time I go there they never have enough rotisserie chicken for two footloose. Actually one time they did . One of thehsandwichs was for my mom when she bit into it she bit into big pieces of yellow chicken fat. She still can't even eat any of there subs. Ruined it for her. I told them about it the made me two different ones mom was just not able to eat it knowing they came from the same place. I understand that's for sure.This one did honor my coupon though. The one in portland would not. That's really about the only good thing I can say about this subway.

Multiple times I’ve went there to watch the subway employees not was their hands. Service is slow.
