I have eaten here, the food is decent, problem is the staff is AWFUL! I called to place an order 45 min before closing yet they LIED & said they were closed! When I told her the only item I wanted was a cold item she told me oh we’re out of that item anyway. Since they weren’t really closed is that true? Do they even want business?Another time, separately I called for 20 minutes straight trying to order, got the busy signal over and over, when I showed up to finally get my order after 20 minutes and getting through, I found the person Who took my order to be on a personal phone call discussing all the latest gossip, now I knew exactly why it took 20 minutes to take the phone call!So if you can get the food, I would give four stars, but since getting the food seems to mean I have to jump over the moon not to mention half the time I don’t realize I’m hungry until they’re almost closing anyway, what pizza place closes at seven? In that case, of course it is just the one star!

Family went out driving and ended up trying this place for the first time. Service was slow, but couldn't be mad since the only waitress was the only one there. Other than that the food was amazing!

Great pizza in the middle of Burns Harbor. I ordered the cheese pizza and it was easily the best pie I have had in the area. A gem of a find! Highly recommended!!

The fire roasted pizza is soooo good! We have been there at least 3 times now. Yet to have had anything bad or bad service by any means! We love this place and the staff there is great!!!!

A hidden gem! They’re located on a road with a ton of truck stops so I was just expecting a standard pepperoni-type place but it ended up being the best food I had on my road trip. The chicken wings were perfect seasoned and crunchy and the arugula prosciutto pizza was excellent as well. Service was friendly and quick

Not only is the food exquisite, but the staff are truly second to none, as they go above and beyond for their customers, making every dining experience one to remember! I’ve been around the world, living both in the far east, as well as Europe, and BiBi’s pizza is my favorite offered in the United States!! Truly an up-and-coming establishment to watch!! Definitely a quality product, but if I could critique it, I would say you need to find a way to get the crust to have a little more crisp on it. When I came home and put a few slices in the toaster oven, the outer edge and the floppy middle came out fabulous. Maybe make the crust a tad thicker and cook it a little longer? Nothing wrong with a little bit of char. I'll definitely be back. It seems like it's just a couple tweaks away from being amazing!

We ate at BiBi’s Bites tonight and it was amazing! The wood fire pizza was incredible! We tried 4 different types and they were each interesting and yummy! The dough is really good! It’s flavor and texture would be hard to beat then add the wood taste…great! I would definitely recommend!
