It is 6:20 AM and the lady on the drive-through intercom who took my order has probably the best service I have ever had and was the most polite employee at any McDonald’s drive-through that I have ever been to.

It was a late night for our family, and we needed to eat something. This night they were under staffed, we had to sak someone from the kitchen to take our order. They were better staffed at Subway in the main part of the gas station. What can I say, it was McDonald's food, and when we did order, it came fairly quick. Every one got what they ordered.

For me I like this place because it is sorta kinda close to all the beaches and cross roads of the area. The thing I like about that is it is great for people watching as there are many travelers coming through.

Picked up a mobile order @ 5:00 p.m. on 4/13/2025. I'm not going into detail because i already gave corporate the full story so this can be handled properly. I will say i can't believe how unprofessional the manger on duty was acting over some BBQ sauce. BBQ sauce that I would have glady paid for if it was an option in the app or if she had just asked.

We contacted to make sure they had the new Minecraft meal, and they claimed they had three. We came from a few towns away, specifically looking for them. When we arrived, their computer had malfunctioned, and the personnel was unfamiliar with the system. The new Minecraft meal only comes with 10 pieces of chicken nuggets or a Big Mac. They cannot substitute another sandwich for it. We had bought all three for the experience and were quite enthusiastic. When the order arrived, it did not include minecraft boxes or packaging, as described. It came with only three toys!!! I was really disappointed, and the employee had the nerve to tell them that she had no idea they didn't have the box, and she made it appear as if I was impolite for asking for it. There are no apologies. I don't see why she doesn't realize why a consumer would pay more for what they requested, especially for that.
