We ordered inside at the kiosk and every time we do decide to go there, they are out of ice but don’t tell you until after you’ve paid. While we are ordering, one worker tells the other they are out of hot fudge and the lady in the drive thru had already paid to which the other worker responded yeah, I know just ask her if she wants caramel or something. If you knew, why didn’t you inform someone and let the drive thru know? I ordered sweet tea went to get it but there wasn’t any in the lobby. When I asked if they had sweet tea, he responded yeah back here. Okay so read the receipt and notice what you do and don’t have. I asked for the tea and the response was we can give you what we have but it may not be a full cup. All of our fries were ice cold and disgusting. We asked for new ones and then I opened my mcchicken and it had brown lettuce and shredded cheese on it. They don’t come with shredded cheese. We ended up leaving and not eating anything.

Don’t bother getting a drink because you will always get a watered down and/or flat drink. Just moved to town and have gone a handful of times, had to dump the drink every time. After 5 visits, fixing the drink machines doesn’t seem to be a priority to whoever owns it. Seems other reviews have been stating the same thing for awhile.

Went through drive through and got an ice cream cone, they told me to pull forward, I payed then when I went to the next window and then they told it wasn’t working and couldn’t refund it. I went inside and every drink at the machine is flat. Fries were not salted and there always 1 table that’s crowded with employees stuff. Food comes out fast. About the only thing good here

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Every time I get food/drinks from this location, the drinks are always watered down or have a bad flavor. The store is unbearably hot, so sitting in the lobby is basically not an option. The staff members are nice, and you can tell they are just trying to do their job. I feel that with only having two fast food options in town, this is now my last choice. I feel bad for the employees under management for having to deal with the heat in the building and probably the customers who complain about it to them.

Not only did I wait for 25/30 mins for my food, my sausage was BURNT!!
30 minutes for burgers and the coke was flat and disgusting.
Filthiest place I've been..floors slippery, dirty. Will never stop there again.
Stopped in for a quick meal. Absolutely terrible food. Quarter pounder and cheese had nothing but mustard running off of it.
Terrible place, you wait more than 30 minutes for them to give you your order.
