I am 65 years old and have never been treated so rudely by one of your employees.
Today 10/6/25 at around 6:15 pm I entered to place my order and was greeted with one minute by the employee behind the counter. There were no other customers in the store and I could see that she was working on a possible phone order of several sandwiches. After removing a sandwich from the toaster she proceeded to add toppings to that sandwich and turned around to place another sandwich in the toaster. She looked at me wrapped the first sandwich then proceeded to ignore me grab the second sandwich and proceeded to add toppings to it. Looking at receipt she continued grabbing items to fill that order. I looked at her with a puzzled look and turned around and left, no attempt was made to stop me or address the extreme rudeness of not stopping after the first sandwich. I was standing there at least five minutes and my order was never taken.

Sometimes life reminds you that kindness and honesty are still alive—and I experienced that at this Subway.

After finishing my meal, I unknowingly dropped my wallet in the parking lot. Hours later—2 to 3 hours later—I realized it was missing. My heart sank with panic, because a wallet carries not just money, but your whole identity.

When I called the store, the staff reassured me right away: they had found it and kept it safe. That calm assurance was priceless in such a stressful moment. What touched me most was that they didn’t just ignore it or leave it lying there—they noticed it in the parking lot, took responsibility, and stored it safely until I came back.

A very special thanks to the manager, Jessi, who handled everything with so much care and honesty. The kindness and integrity shown by Jessi and the team turned what could have been one of my worst days into a reminder of the goodness that still exists in people.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You gave me back not just my wallet, but my peace of mind. I will never forget this act of honesty and care.

Don't ever order online from this dump. You can order from the "subway" app. Then it never arrives. You call them, and they say try getting a refund from door dash. Who I didn't even order from. They will refund your purchase price, but you still get stiffed for all the fees for food you never got. Would give zero stars if I could. Worthless employees

White bread was stale, when I asked the girl how fresh was the bread. she acted annoyed I was even asking. Prices are ridiculously high now. Foot long subway is not worth 20 dollars each!

Two times this week, 40 min wait after ordering online ahead and employees didn't seem to know any basic procedures. Not greeted inside, confusion and empty stares is all we got. Dirty, and broken pop machine. Food is never very fresh, and they're seems to be something wrong with the bread everytime.

Ordered online, food wasn't done when we were told to pick up. Was told they would run it out to the car when it was. Waited 20 minutes and went back inside after watching people who went in after me come out with food. Subs were just sitting on the counter. Employee that finally handed it to me blamed the other employee for not telling her it was done. The toasted steak sub is completely cold because they forgot about it sitting there and forgot to run it out to the car. Terrible quality, terrible service.
