I've worked in the business and restaurant industry for a decade and a half and have never been so disrespected. I stopped in on Feb 24 2024 at 5:00 pm to get my wife some broccoli cheddar soup. And the older gentleman was frustrated because he had a big moble order. I told him "all I'm getting is an order of broccoli soup" You would have thought that I asked him to make enough subs for the whole town of Butler. Because I this attitude I told him that I was good and that I would take my business somewhere else because I don't appreciate the attitude. So he cursed me out in front of my 11 year old daughter. Even after I walked out he called me a POS and told me to never come back. My family usually gets food from subway but we will not be getting from there. This is not the first time that this gentleman has done this too us but we will not be giving them business anymore as long as that gentleman is working there. Literally the worst dining experience Ive ever had. I suggest the owner looks at the cameras from the day so they can see how nasty he treated me and my daughter.

Door was lock even tho online it says open at 8 AM, store door was posted all days open at 9 AM, my app is saying the time 8 AM time was confirmed two weeks ago by company, very confusing and upsetting. Either update with holiday week times or change online postage, please.

One of the ladies working was very nice. Although the other guy obviously did not care about what he was doing at all. I ordered a sandwich that had avocado on it and he didn’t put it on. When I told him I wanted avocado on it he looked at it said it was bad and still made me pay extra for the sandwich that had no avocado. The meat wasn’t kept cool and the avocado apparently wasn’t either. The chips and cookies were stale. The pop was flat and I told the guy and he just said “I know” and didn’t fix it. The roof was leaking as well. Absolutely awful experience and it wasn’t my first on at this place

Food wad absolutely amazing, service was extremely slow. They had 5 people working behind the counter I still had to wait 10+ min just to put my order in. Atmosphere 2 stars this restaurant was clean, but looks like it has not been updated in 10 years.

My husband had a salad which was more like a side salad. Hardly any lettuce, vegetables or meat. Very small bowel that was not even half full. I had a chicken sandwich which was to have sweet onion sauce on it. Two or three strips of chicken diced up with a minimal amount of veggies. Asked for the sauce on the side. When she was squeezing it into the cup my husband said it didn't t look like sweet onion sauce. She said that's what it was . Put sauce on at home. Was Asian sauce. Called and she said they mixed the onion and Teriyaki. Sauce. Disappointing. Won't go back anytime soon. $13.00 and we finished our meal with chips and dip...
