Hello! I came to Paluccis while driving back from Turkey Run, we stopped and was gonna try it and while we were waiting for our food, we saw a cockroach crawling on the ground headed up the wall by the counter, we asked for a refund and said we do not want the food anymore, we haven’t even received the food yet they were still making it and the lady in the back who never even looked to see what it was told the lady at the front counter just tell them it’s a water bug when me and the lady at the front and the rest of my party knew it was a giant cockroach and she didn’t even kill it she left it crawling until we asked her to take it outside at least, and she wouldn’t give us our money back, horrible service, food i don’t know didn’t eat it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pizza doesn't have any flavor. Only thing on a pepperoni and bacon pizza we could taste was the bacon. Nothing else has any flavor. Bread sticks were 7/10, hands down the best part. They gave our order to someone else and ended up comping our order, and remaking it which was very kind of them. So service does have a slightly higher rating than the food.

bought a beast pizza march 23, 2024. worst tasting pizza I'have ever had. the crust had no flavor. the sauce tasted like tomato paste directly out of a can spread all over the crust. no flavor whatsoever.. the only ingredients I seen and tasted was a bunch of prepackaged sausage chopped pepperoni and few pepperoni slices. the cheese was so fake tasting.bthat was $38 bucks wasted. don't recommend them to eat at what so ever. oh another thing is when you walk in the building the second door big hole where a door handle used to be and it was very dark in the seating area. I can see why now it's so dark. they don't want you to see what you're eating. so disappointed.
