Just went to the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece chicken fry and waited 20 mins while both girls were goofing around and not doing their job. Then she comes to the window trying to give me another customer order. Do your job and pay attention. Won’t be back!

Apparently, customer service here means take nothing but drive through orders and ignore the customer standing at the counter. She looked right at me then turned back to the window. Good thing there’s a better restaurant next door that took my order as soon as I walked in.
