Absolutely disgusting. First off, it’s 7pm and there lobby is closed. Then, there’s literally no other customer and they tell us hold on. My husband eventually says I just have a DoorDash pickup and a girl says pull around. We sit there for nearly 10 minutes, she (platinum blonde haired short girl no hair net with glasses) never opens the window to say anything. Then the guy - taller, black hair and tattoo sleeves is literally grabbing fries with his bare hands and putting them in the fry boxes. Then he comes around and wipes his greasy, salty hands on his pants and puts the lid on the cup. She grabs the bag and I told her that’s absolutely disgusting that he was doing that, he looks at me and just stares and she rolls her eyes and mutters “sorry” and shuts the window. So rude and gross. I HOPE the GM and Area Coach sees this.

There was about 7 people in line on the inside waiting to have orders taken and no one came to the register. After waiting a while Everyone just walked out and went to Culver’s. There is something wrong at this location
