We ordered food for pickup today. The food had hair in it! When I called to complain, they initially said they would refund us. Then the owner changed his mind, he said he would do a credit for future visits. I informed him we would never be back and want the refund. He got very ignorant with me, I told him I was going to call the health dept. He said go ahead, they come in here all the time, call the FBI and everyone else while you are at it! Food, so good I will ride a mobility scooter 10 miles an hour for a length of a half a mile in the cold, blistering wind to receive my nourishment from the Cedar Lake kitchen.
Staff tremendously helpful and friendly, making me feel at home.
It’s where family and friends meet.
I had a very early day and was exhausted by the time we got to the restaurant. food and service was exceptional, much needed break with pleasant atmosphere.
