For the past five years, I have been a patron of Lake Nutrition, and never have I been disappointed. Their shakes are filling and delicious, their teas are creative and refreshing, and their staff is always friendly and kind. Love Lake!

The shakes are great! However, the staff seem very tired, annoyed and not welcoming. When I asked for the soy based powder, I also mentioned I couldn’t have Whey, and the girl asked what the difference was. I think if you’re going to sell that stuff your staff should be educated on such things so they understand the differences. Especially when it comes to people with different dietary restrictions and requirements. Whey is derived from animals, while soy is plant-based. Hopefully that info helps her. ?

I made a delivery to this location today thinking it was a vitamin shoppe and to my surprise they serve shakes and teas!! I was offered a free tea and it was delicious. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly! I will definitely be back to try more of their offerings!!

The staff is so nice. I come in all the time for my strawberry banana shake :) The teas are so aesthetically pleasing and make me feel so refreshed. Would totally recommend this place to anyone! Super clean and welcoming environment as well!

I tried this shop out for the first time and absolutely loved it. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My shake and tea were both so delicious and kept me full for hours after!

I believe in second chances and circumstances, however the two times I went to this place I experienced being ignored when I entered the establishment. While server conversed and greeted people before and after me. Both times I have walked out. I don't believe in spending my money where I don’t feel welcomed. I will not go back to this location.
