The shakes are great! However, the staff seem very tired, annoyed and not welcoming. When I asked for the soy based powder, I also mentioned I couldn’t have Whey, and the girl asked what the difference was. I think if you’re going to sell that stuff your staff should be educated on such things so they understand the differences. Especially when it comes to people with different dietary restrictions and requirements. Whey is derived from animals, while soy is plant-based. Hopefully that info helps her. ?

I made a delivery to this location today thinking it was a vitamin shoppe and to my surprise they serve shakes and teas!! I was offered a free tea and it was delicious. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly! I will definitely be back to try more of their offerings!!

I believe in second chances and circumstances, however the two times I went to this place I experienced being ignored when I entered the establishment. While server conversed and greeted people before and after me. Both times I have walked out. I don't believe in spending my money where I don’t feel welcomed. I will not go back to this location.

Today, after some time away(almost 2 years), I have returned to this establishment to quench my palate. I am now understanding it is under new ownership with a new name. The staff is efficient, personable and 'on point' Kaylee warmly greeted me as I entered the building. She was very patient with me as I me meandered through the menu. She provided suggestions of drinks that would fit my taste as I told her I prefer tart over sweet. I ordered a large Sweater Weather for my tea and a large Strawberry Cheesecake for my shake. At my 1st sip of the Sweater Weather, Kaylee was spot on. It had a tart flavor that gives it a zing similar to that of a green apple jolly rancher or raspberry. It looked like the 4th of July in a large cup as the colors of red and blue blended together. The background music was not too loud and everything appeared quite clean. There was a soft but pleasant smell of candles in the air as well.I highly recommend popping in or some of their new fall drinks to start your day.

My boyfriend and I went for the first time this morning and the person working was super helpful and answered any questions that we had.Also, you wouldn't think that the protein iced coffee is that good, but it seriously is.
