Stopped by in the late afternoon on my way to a concert. They were sold out of a lot but the staff was friendly, but there was a group of teenagers standing by the check out and just hanging out with staff.

Coffee taste was off and the drive thru clerk was rude. I usually have a better experience here, something has changed recently. I will drive further for my coffee because of this.
I used to love their original hot latte. The past couple times getting one there, the latte lid had a wierd shape and felt odd against my lips, and the drink itself was very bitter. I probably will choose another Dunkin from now on.

Staff are very kind, and when they make mistakes(as everyone does) they are quick to correct and make it right. I had a mix up with my order, and they gave me an extra donut and I barely noticed the extra time it took.

I come here for convenience and good coffee. The people there are very nice! There have been a few times however where they get my order wrong and I end up not being able to eat it. This morning I asked for my usual. Turkey sausage sandwich on English muffin, no cheese. (Lactose intolerant). And this time they didn’t even give me the turkey sausage, and they put cheese on it… 😞 I didn’t have any time to go back and try to correct the order because I had work. I know it’s usually busy and mistakes happen.
