I just left Harry O’s after attempting to order soup to go and was basically told NO SOUP FOR YOU! only to find out that if I buy a quart of soup there won’t be any left for anyone else, umm is this not a restaurant? I’m so confused. Are you not able to make more ? Please help me make sense of this.

I ordered a chocolate chip waffle and they gave me chocolate sprinkles instead since they ran out of chocolate though they didn't tell me they were to out.

This place was so good years ago until Jimmy retired and sold it. The way they handled firing of long term employees was absolutely disgusting. The only thing about this place that stayed the same was the good portion sizes.
Nice, cozy place with awesome food! Generous portions with great service all around. I usually get burgers and the fries are top notch. If they would serve biscuits and gravy during the dinner hour, I would give them 6 stars.
Kids at the counter mumbled so bad we had to ask what they were saying 3 times. The "Famous" biscuits and gravy taste strangely identical to the canned stuff at GFS.. I'll pass next time.

Seems like it is getting worse ever time I go. Service was slow and I was served cold soup. The waitress took back and brought back the same bowl that was reheated in a microwave and only partially warm.
