Staff is nice enough but they can't ever get my order right to save their life even if it isn't busy. I just today ordered a burger with no meat, extra onion and extra pickle. They atleast got the no meat right but I had no onions and 1 single pickle. I also paid for a BBQ packed that I did not receive. 10 dollars for that meal is just terrible when they can't even get it right. I don't recommend this location at all.

No one was at the pay window. Drove up. 3 or 4 employees, one being a manager, standing all on their phones while one lady is working. She had to take my card, run back to the first one, then back to me. While they still stood there. Absolutely pathetic. But yet these employees want 15 an hour. This McDonald's is always horrible.

Tehron Lumpkins was very helpful and very respectful while helping me with my order. The food was fresh, hot, good, and delivered in a very timely manner. This young man is a very hard and kind worker. Thank you very much Tehron and thank you Cedar Lake McDonalds for the awesome and comfortable service and hospitality. Went there and got a large fry, coke, and a lemonade. When we got to the window they only handed us the coke and told us to pull up for fries. We then continued to wait for 15 minutes, 6 cars got there food before us and went around us. When we finally got the fry and lemonade we didnt even get a straw after a very long and dreadful wait for the end result to be cold fries and a drink with no straw.

McChickens and cheeseburgers tasted old and stale. We asked for everything fresh, nothing was fresh. Only put 1 pickle on the sandwiches, lady that talked to us just seemed like she hated her life.
