Worst Taco Bell ever! The most pathetically, ignorant rude employees ever! They, apparently, are illiterate as they have a problem with making correct orders. Only half the order was correct. The staff did not have the mental capacity to figure out how to correct the order, so I took the refund to never return!??

The lady in the window was nice, always is and I’ve never had a problem with this location, usually even drive further because this one tastes better.. until tonight. I pulled into the drive thru and there was no one ahead of me and no wait, it took my order and I paid for it only to come home and find out how much of a waste of money it was.. ordered 2 steak quesadillas, the steak tasted like beef jerky, there was no cheese or anything on half of them, and sauce only on one piece of the quesadilla.. what a disappointment. So I get to the taco supreme I ordered only to find out it’s not supreme.. huge waste of money and whoever is making food tonight doesn’t deserve a job.
Pulled up at 7pm and had to wait ages in the mobile spot for some soft shells tacos easiest thing on the planet to make. The staff was completely clueless

Cedar lake location is the best!! So fresh and yummy!
Sadly, this was our first experience at this location and we will not be back. Not a single person at the front counter. After realizing I had to order for myself on the kiosk, I put in my order for ONE taco and ONE medium drink. While I was given the option to pay cash at the EMPTY register, still no one has been to the front counter to even check on customers. 2 separate groups of people walked in after and proceeded to order their food and paid with their debit/credit card. Still not one employee came up. After several minutes one the 2 groups received their food and the DT employee simply walked away before I could even get his attention. A 2nd employee comes back from break and we hear her speaking to 2 more employees about being out of refried beans. Here comes DT guy again with a cup for the 2nd of the 2 groups and I was able to speak with him at this point, explaining to him we'd been waiting (at this point) 10 minutes for someone to take our money for the ONE taco and ONE drink. He goes towards the back line and tells the woman we've been waiting. In turn this woman replies with "Well, we're out of beef so they'll have to pick chicken or steak." Fine, we'll take a steak taco instead. Another few minutes goes by and we finally receive our taco and drink cup without so much as a thank you, sorry it took so long, or have a good night. Completely unacceptable and will not be returning.

I keep coming back, hoping for a different experience, but it's the same every time.
The food is typical Taco Bell fare. It's always hot, and seems fresh, with an acceptable quantity of substantive ingredients in the tacos and burritos.
The restaurant is clean on the inside. The parking lot and grass area around the restaurant always seems to have trash though.
My biggest complaint at this restaurant is the same I have every time I visit. The employees loudly talking among themselves, using language befitting only a sailor or a trucker. I just don't understand why this is. Today they were doing it even with a couple small kids in the dining room. Never, in any business, should the customers have to listen the employees talking like this. Don't misunderstand me here, I too use these words, but it's a business. There's no place in a business for this, especially when you're in the business of customer service.

Every time we order online, it’s never ready, it won’t be ready unless we let them know. And the order is always wrong in someway, also above their service counter. They have mold growing. It’s coming from the condensation from the air duct and the condensation dripping on the counter

Wow, disappointed here. Food was sloppily thrown together and not as warm. Definitely not as you would expect especially these prices are through the roof. Almost triple cist here to feed 5 people, same order as 3 to 5 years ago. Lowell Taco Bell us amazing, thus far, just fyi for everyone out there. Read into these more, will help you save money or at least time too

Dirtiest inside and rudest woman working here. The area by the pop machine was disgusting and the tables and other things looked like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Never coming back here
Everything was really good except they ALWAYS put stuff on top of the Mexican pizza and the cheese gets stuck to the box.
