I've noticed that the ice cream preparation area is not organized properly and it causes slow, inefficient, confusion and delay. I'm not complaining, just pointing out the obvious opportunity for improvement.

We stopped here today after visiting the Shrine in St. John, we are from out of town and tried to find something to eat quick because our kids were hungry. OMG! IT WAS SO GOOD. They were SO fast with getting our food out, and it was so tasty! The burgers were big, juicy, delicious. Fries were hot and crispy. I'm so glad we stopped here!!! Highly recommend.

I had worked in a fast food restaurant for several years. I always liked this place but I'm so disappointed with the food today. I just got my dinner and the mozzarella sticks were tough and the cheese fries came in a styrofoam container which holds in a ton of condensation and the spicy cheese sauce was poured all over fries. So I got a mushy mess. I usually get fries in a bag with cheese sauce (not spicy) in a little container with a lid. Never again, so disappointed cause it's a nice place with good service.
