“Looks clean and well taken care of. Don't be fooled by the rough exterior. Only downside is it's pretty small so you're probably not going to find a crowd to mingle with. Mostly local regulars. Friendly atmosphere, friendly people. Food is acceptable for bar food but nothing special.“

“Everytime I travel back to my Home town of Richmond Indiana I have to stop by the DQ on South 9th, this past August was no exception. I was battling a terrible Sinus Infection but still have to grab a Wimpy at the DQ. It was still delicious as usual, I wish I could have eaten more than one, but the Sinus Infection was playing havic on my appetite.“

“Fantastic local spot for lunch! Well worth the few minutes drive from I-70 past all of the chain restaurants to find this great local restaurant. Staff is exactly what you would expect from a locally owned restaurant - very friendly! Service, food and ambience is great. I highly recommend and would definitely return if I'm in the area again. Manhattan Roast Beef and Chicken Noodle Soup are musts!
Parking: Plenty of parking very close.“

“The workers did a great job, but I do not like the automated service. Human interaction is a very important aspect to customer service. By having somebody there to actually talk to makes the experience better. Also I'm worried about the cashier who once held this job that has now been removed. What's next, customers have to start making the food themselves. Obviously, I am being sarcastic when I say about the customer make their own food. But in all seriousness, it seems as though your company cares more about building profits and eliminating employees than it does about the overall satisfaction of your customers. While I was there I witnessed one customer walk out due to a fact that has automated service.“
“I love the dogrito’s and the ice cream is the best around. I come here often and the employees are fast, accurate, and kind. You don’t get good customer service in Richmond much. You ask for what you asked for at the initial greet and people just get hateful offended and look at you as if they wanna fight. No thanx I’ll just go get my ice cream from the kind folks at this DQ“

“I don't go to Hardee's a lot. My kids and I had lunch here between finishing up an appt for my youngest and before my husband had surgery. Staff was very friendly and the manager even brought our food to our table, which was unexpected and nice. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.“

“I went in wanting the maple biscuits and they were out and the guy i wish I knew if manager or not but either way he and crew was great he just order the last of the biscuits and gave it to me for free. Very thankful. Thank you for you're desire to work and actually care. Have a great day I will... (it's the little things.)“
