Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Needed a quick sugar fix on our drive, and this spot was perfect! The service handles the crowd well: the line was long but moved easily and was surprisingly fast service! The Blizzards we got—Cotton Candy, Peanut Butter Cup, and Pretzel—were fresh and sweet treats. A great, efficient stop off the highway!

It's good that this place exists as a reminder that there is a hell. Along a particularly horrible stretch of I70, somewhat near Richmond on the Ohio border is a DQ filled with the walking dead..an d these are slow zombies not the quick ones.. possibly the largest group of unhealthy people in a single establishment. Great chocolate shake though

Sold me a drink they couldn't make. 1st employee didn't even know what it was when I ordered it, and then she made other people's shakes before my 2 drinks... finally handed me one shake and not the MooLatte. 2nd employee told her it used the slushee machine so they could not make it, unless as a shake bc that machine was down. So I waited for nothing. If I wanted a shake, I would have ordered one. Both employees have zero customer service ability. Get Godfather pizza because you'll be happier.

There are a very large amount of flies in the bathroom of this facility along with nets all over near the register area. The food was definitely well overcooked. Chicken strips were microwaved, then deep-fried, unable to eat any of them

Ice cream is as good as ever. Hot food during traditional meal hours is hot and fresh but in between you are taking a bit of a risk. Good news is if you have time to verify before you leave the drive thru they will make it fresh for you.

I like yhis place. I stop in about once a week or so. They have fast, friendly service and a clean dining area. They are sort of attached to a gas station / convenience store so if uou are traveling it a kind of one stop shop the only reason i gave it only 4 stars is because the entrance and parking lot leave somewhat to be desired. Its very rough with some very large potholes but im not sure the have much control over that since there is more than just them in this facility .
