I spent 30 dollars here and get home and open the pizza box to see a freaking roach crawling on the inside side of the box!!!! So flipping nasty so our pizza was thrown in the garbage and I will never order from here again. By the time I got home and tried to call no one answered even though it was before 10. I didn’t get pictures because I wasn’t thinking of my phone at the time I was running outside with the pizza to keep the roach from crawling out of the box into my house. I’m sure they wouldn’t have fixed the problem anyways

I typically actually like LC pizza and LOVE the crazy bread. Recently the quality and consistency seems to be falling off. People love crazy bread because of all the buttery goodness and the parmesan coating. Last time, it was like they ran out of butter and parm and just gave it a little pinch. Also recently the topping have been really far from the edge of the pizza. Like half of the piece of pizza is just crust. Maybe they need to retrain the employees.

The crazy puffs are off the hook!!! So yummy. Bacon is the best

Ordered food that was estimated to be done between 1:19-1:24 arrived when it was expected to be done only for it to say it was still in the oven. It was put in the oven at 1:03 yet at 2:03 it was still “in the oven”. After waiting over an hour from the time it was in the oven and nearly 40 minutes after the latest pickup time we decided to go in and ask about the order only to be told it was in their warmer and not the pickup portal yet they did not update the order page to notify us that it was done. When asked why they said they had issues with the system yet were able to instantly say that the order was picked up which does not make sense. That’s not even touching the fact one of the workers in the kitchen did not have his hair up or in a net while handing food which is a health hazard. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting pizza it’s worth the drive to go to a different location.Edit: Also find it very odd they only respond to positive reviews usually ones that say nothing.

I put in a pickup order, it said it would be ready by 1:24pm at the latest, and that it entered the oven at 1:03. I arrived and waited in the parking lot until 2:03, a full hour after it said it had entered the oven. There was still no update, the app said it was still in the oven, and their pickup screen had no names on it. We entered and asked about our order, and the guy said they were keeping it in their warmer and gave us our order. So zero updates and not to mention the guy had long hair that was not tied up, which is a health hazard.
