Not as good as it used to be. Hate having to order off a screen. Employees ignore you forever if you're trying to order at the counter. Don't order the mini taco salad, it is a joke. 3 spoonfuls of fillings and it's empty. The Fiesta taco salad was the best. This basically applies to ALL Taco Bell restaurants.

The chips always taste like cinnamon for some reason the staff is usually rude I live right around ten corner and come here very often. You can tell management is lacking in a lot of areas. The delivery truck was blocking the drive thru and when I brought it up to the employee at the window the response was at least we are getting our stuff.

Kitchen floor was covered with food debris. Dining room floor looked like it hadn't been moped in weeks. I ordered a diet Pepsi with my meal and went to the machine to make my drink and it was out of diet Pepsi. When I inquired about it, I was told that it has been out of diet Pepsi for two days.

The food is hardly ever made right, the assistant managers are horrible to deal with. Every time I go there the portions are way off in there favor or there missing something. Will never go back again. My recommended review don't waste your money at that location. Called and complained to the 1-800 number for the sakes of anyone else being miss treated and taken Advantaged of. Who knows how many people get ripped off by this location

This taco bell in Charlestown has a couple of downfalls. Chulupa bread is always hard and stale. If they ask you if you want sauces at order screen you don't get them at pick up window.
