Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this DQ again after coming here for 10 years now. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough (obviously I am willing to pay for it) in total they gave me 6 pcs of cookie dough for a medium sized blizzard. The whole purpose of me asking for extra is because here recently that’s all they put in the cup is a small amount. I don’t know if they are being told to skimp customers or if the workers are just lazy. We also ordered 2 crispy onion sandwiches that they messed up. They covered the sandwiches in mustard when the sandwiches are only supposed to have mayo and ketchup. We ended up giving both sandwiches to our dog, they were disgusting. The onion rings were slimy and seemed undercooked. The boy who took our order was rude. He doesn’t repeat the order back to you and we asked him for clarification on our order his response was “yeah.” When I first started to come here the service was great and my food came out how it should. The last year or so it’s just been mediocre and the kid has always had an attitude on evening shift. I loved this DQ so I would keep going back hoping it would get better instead it has gone downhill. Now I am almost always disappointed. I drive out of my way for this DQ that’s how much I preferred it now I’ll be going to the one closer to my house.

Very upset as this is usually our go to Dairy Queen. But unfortunately today, that was not the case. We drive well over 20 mins to get here. Then we sat in line for 20 mins waiting on 3 orders of food with no one else here in the drive thru or inside. We immediately pulled over to eat in the parking lot. And all of the food was lukewarm and tasted old. Everything appeared to be reheated in a microwave. Which we’ve seen them do before when we had dined in one time for drive thru. My bun was hot and the hamburger itself was lukewarm. And the bbq tenders and fries were all soggy. Disappointed and we will not be back.

Waiting 20 minutes for my food while these kids sit on there phone. Highly disappointed first time coming to this Dairy Queen, will NEVER be back. My foods been ready.

We had a bit of trouble with the person at the drive thru, BUT luckily Ethan S. who was working the window did a FANTASTIC job correcting the issue and did it with a smile on his face and a delightful and friendly demeanor!

My wife and i eat here probably twice a week, those kids in there working have never messed our order up once and we are constantly getting something different every time on weeknights and weekends! Keep up the great work!

Jacob was so amazing! Very friendly guy! This is a usual spot for me and my team, and I was with a few teammates. We watched sumo in her before and Ethan turned it on for us!! Great experience!
