Ordered the half pound beef and cheddar. Took one bite and 50% of the beef slid out the back end of the bun. Way too much bbq sauce which I did not order. Cheese was very soupy. Worst and messiest sandwich I ever ate! Smallest amount of fries for $2.19. Will never return.

Oddly dirty it has not been like this at all here in a while and randomly the toilets are dirty and the garbage is pilled up in the parking lot. Can see how many people have entered and exited the store by the massive pile of finger smudging on the doors. This was my favorite spot until I got completely grossed out last night. Didn’t even get any food. Absolutely disgusting. Do better Chesterton!
This is the second time I’ve been here and they have managed to screw up my order. Spent 15 dollars on the smoke house brisket meal get home and it’s a pile of roast beef. Absolutely nothing on it. And of course she couldn’t give me a receipt…. This was the best fast food place in Chesterton but it’s neck and neck with all the rest anymore. ?

Stopped here with my daughter on a road trip. They were super nice. Jaslyn C was great. We ordered a couple snacks for the road. I will stop here every time I come through town. Highly recommend.

First time having the sliders. They were only $1 when ordering on the app. I just wanted something small. I got a Buffalo Chicken and a jalapeño roast beef slider. Filled me up and didn’t cost much. I would have a hard time paying regular price due to their smaller size, but I might because they were great.

Put someone at the counter that doesn't wear a mask. Can't understand half what that lady said, if she so scared of germs she doesn't need to be up front near customers or if she feels sick doesn't need to be taking the chance of spreading her

I had placed an order expecting my food to be warm considering the restaurant was not more than 3-5 minutes away. To my surprise the food was not only cold, but also missing the side of cheese sauce that I had to pay for. They not only didn’t make any accommodations for my inconveniences they had told me to come in for just the cheese sauce, which is yet another inconvenience. They also didn’t answer and then hung up on me when I tried calling the first time. Not only would I not recommend the delivery, but the entire restaurant as a whole. That chocolate shake was mid. -0000 stars. Total waste of time and money.

Not sure what they're doing at this location; if it's hiring young energetic employees, training management a particular way, the owners make certain efforts, or because it's unionized- probably a combination of all these things- but every time i get the same result. Friendly service, accurate orders, and food that somehow fits or exceeds expectations of fast food consistently. They also support the local community, as last month I got a free milkshake card for donating to a local children's sports team the location was sponsoring. And their shakes and specialty drinks *never* disappoint, so I was pleased as punch.I tend to get non-beef items for myself due to dietary restrictions, but I won't say I *didnt* stare longingly at my husband's double beef and cheddar- because hot dog did it look appetizing. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is pretty good, and the jalapeño poppers are always delicious. Mac and cheese bites were a pleasant surprise to see added to the menu, amd definitely a new family fave. Honestly, its my favorite fast food joint just for the full experience, from the first hello to the last bite.

Absolutely worst spot. I order Uber eats because I want a meal I don’t have to drive to. Just for them to forget the stuff I bought then say next time I come in I can get the thing they left out. Got the brisket sandwich, and it was disgusting. The meat was 80 percent fat and the sauce too sweet. I haven't been to Arby's in years and probably won't go back for years.
