This place has the worst customer service I have ever received. Went mid day, no one in the lobby no one in the drive thru and still took Natasha who was working the counter 10 minutes to acknowledge us to take our order. She acted as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering food. To think we were spending quite a bit of money here, her demeanor and attitude caused us to walk out and cancel our order. Which wouldn't have been right because she wasn't listening.

The food was fine, got the order correct but the person helping at the drive thru was not wearing a mask or gloves. If they dont require these in the midst of this pandemic we are still facing, we will not be returning. There plenty of other options in the immediate area that take the health and safety of their customers seriously.

Me and my family were in Indiana, and we never heard of this restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic. Very tasty burgers. And excellent service. I wish they had this restaurant in Buffalo NY.

Stopped in for lunch 8/23... as I love A&W but was greatly disappointed... the cheeseburger I ordered was soggy appearing and the fries were cold didn't finish them... my wife ordered KFC food and she said her chicken was cold as well... my root beer was very bland as if it had not been checked... it definitely lacked that great A&W feel I've been to alot of A&W restaurants but this was the pits... not to mention the employees looked thrilled to be there... I wished I'd spent my money at the pizza buffet next door...

Chesterton, IN has the best tasting chicken. Other KFCs could learn how to properly cook chicken from them. The staff and service are outstanding.

Staff wasn't very pleasant when I was there. The whole place seemed kind of dirty/run down. The day I was there the root beer machine was down but no signs were up and nobody said anything until I asked, after standing up at the counter for about 3 minutes. I only found out after trying to use the root beer tap, and tasting some of the root beer that came out, which tasted and smelled moldy. What little I consumed actually got me sick and I couldn't eat much for a couple days. Would not recommend this location.
