My server was awesome and even the manager stopped by to check on me. The biscuits and gravy is what I was craving. I am a Bob Evans fan who now lives in the southwest. I look forward to eating at Bob Evans everytime I am in Indiana. Sadly, this is one of the last in the State of Indiana. I will grab it while I can.

Id give it negative 5 stars if i could. Waiting in lobby for 15 min. No hostess, no one aknowleged me. When i went to seat myself i was repremanded by a server who said they were on a wait. There were tables open. The server was very rude. Inexcuseable!
We stop today but there time we don't because people that stay at the Hilton take up parking in you lot look like you are busy. Second we get seat and we wait for are waitress to finish taking to get are drink order them she go back and start talking before she being are drink

I have been going to Bob Evans for many years, ordering the biscuits and gravy. A while back, they changed the bowls that the gravy comes in to be smaller bowls so less gravy their prices haven’t gone down, but they’re gravy portions has. Ridiculous.

We waited over 30min to receive our food. And it wasn’t even that busy. Won’t be coming back
I went in today to take my father out for a thanksgiving meal and it was horrible! The waitress forgot about us a million times and the food was dried out and looked warmed over. Then I asked if we could get a dessert menu and she looked at us like she was irritated!! Wow I will never be back again!! This is not the first time either! Get some waitresses that care!!

I brought my 11 year daughter for breakfast we sat waiting for almost 10 minutes, before I asked them if they are open lol and the 3 ladies standing talking looked at me and yes yes we are im like okay well can I get some service mind you, there were hardy anyone in there we finally got seated but the service sucks even this guy behind us was complaining as well. The food is good but the service completely horrible they need to do better. Our money is paying for their jobs.

The food was good. It was HOT when we got it so that was nice! Our waitress Jayden / Made was Absolutely Amazing! She was very tentative and friendly. Made sure we had refills, without having to ask. When we come back again, we're definitely sitting in her section!
