This is a decent place for breakfast, they are usually decent with the food, but don't ask for anything else or don't even ask for your hash browns to be crispy because people don't know how to cook back there lol

Took a long time to finally get our food, when it came server told us plates were really hot because they had been under the light for awhile?! Also she came back to ask if I wanted a dinner roll and I said yes, she my never brought it and I didn't want to wait til she decided to come back. The chicken strips were almost burnt, possibly due to sitting under the light so long and we never were offered a refill on our drinks that cost almost $4. Won't go back to this one.

We eat a different Bob Evans as we travel around and this one was probably the worse. Service was slow, server told us the plates were hot as they had been sitting somewhere, couldn't understand where she said they were sitting, bottom of hamburger bun was REALLY soggy and the last thing the bathroom smelled STRONGLY like pee. We will never visit this Bob Evans again.

Ordered from DoorDash and we received our order the pot roast dinner we ordered was missing from the order, but I found the pot roast in with my ham dinner which was very confusing because these were separate dinner orders for separate items, had to reorder the food and pot roast had no gravy and the mashed potatoes had no gravy , worst experience from a bob Evans because we love bob Evans and we visit bob Evans in numerous states, maybe need to retrain your employees to make sure orders are done correctly, thank goodness for DoorDash fixing order

You've got only ONE waitress to handle the entire dinner rush?! So this poor girl is expected to take it when people are angry about being subject to snail-speed service and cold food?! There is always something going on with the PM shift here. We left. Went over to Around the Clock. Excellent service and food.

As we walked in, there was almost no one here. There were dirty dishes left out on the tables, and the bathrooms weren't the cleanest. They were pretty understaffed and our waitress, Lily, was in training, but she did so well. The food was spectacular! For my first time at Bob Evans, this was a good start.

Great visit at this Bob Evans. We came late about 8:35 pm they close at 9. Everyone was friendly and didn't rush us to leave. Food was cooked perfectly. Great job!
