Best Burger King in the city
Had impossible whooper and it was excellent, surely will be back soon
Service was extremely crappy, was givin attitude the moment we arrived and when we asked for a receipt, we were told to take picture of screen for our “receipt”, and when we pulled away and looked through our food we were given some of our order was wrong, my sprite tastes like it was mixed with chemicals, when she handed out the drinks we asked which pop was the Dr Pepper and when was the coke she put her nose right up on the lid of our drinks to smell it, and then handed it off to us. Which she ended up wrong on the drinks.
I had a special order (unsalted whopper). The sandwich was delicious, perfectly made. The cashier was so sweet and helped me navigate the app for my order. I will definitely come back here cuz the service is wonderful, the food is good and I enjoyed my experience here. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 😁👍👏
I cannot deal with the taste of pickles. I only had ketchup and bacon, so can you please read and see that nowhere on your screen it says pickles. So inaccurate, they’re only good for their breakfast.
Had to be refunded after waiting for our order for over 30 minutes, despite there only being a few people in the entire store. I feel bad for the workers here because the GM is clearly incompetent. They were "out" of swiss cheese but didn't mention it when several people ordered items with swiss, and were instead subbing in american and hoping people wouldn't care. Drink machine was out of most sodas. Just awful all around, please don't go here.
Had to wait at the speaker for a good 5, 6 minutes. The lady Was grumpy,,((, up date. ! Got more people working there. , food is great now.

Waiting with no line 15 minutes inside, they ignoring me only serves drive true, when I place order wait about 20 minutes for my sandwich. Staff is swerving between each other badly . Next time just go to McDonald’s

Need More employees! The ones they have working are around 60. Scraggly hair, I tried to tell the person who finally took my order, I just want an original chicken sandwich. Asked her if the food service worker would cut it in half. She could not find the button and said I'll just have to tell her to cut in half. I said don't worry about it. She said No, the buttons for cut in half is not on there anymore. I went in and ordered to go. The lady in front of me was aggravated for waiting. Then after lady took order, she said we're out of zesty sauce? The lady with purple hair, not in a hair net and hanging over visor said no. The lady who took my order said when will we have it? The food preparer said probably a month from now. They workers were ALL MISRABLE. Almost can't blame them because there was only 3 employees working

Close this location down. I’ve given them so many chances to get a single DD order correct over several months and the final straw was having them say everything in my order was out, tell me to cancel my order, and then being forced to do that even tho by that time I was told to it was too late to get a full refund. So I essentially paid like $20 in fees for literally nothing. And you can read other reviews and know I’m not the only one who’s had this problem and so many other problems that it seems they just need to start from scratch from this location.

I ordered through the app to pick up food tonight. The app deleted the edit I had done to my burger so when I pulled up I asked them to make sure my order was still correct. As I assumed it would have been wrong. The girl working the drive thru asked me to give her a few minutes and made me fresh food and it was the best bk I’ve had in a long long time. I really appreciate what she did and how she handled my order and hope bk recognizes her for being a valuable team member. Thank you drive thru girl😊

Horrible customer service. Spent over $100 on the app which they don't update with sold out items yet can't refund said items either and refuse to help you get the refund.
