The manager, Angel, was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in making sure customers are happy. You can tell the staff works well under great leadership. This BK was severely understaffed. There were 2 cooks and one gal running the counter and drive thru. Customers were very rude to her because their orders were taking too long. That gal kept a smile on her face and was very kind and apologetic even though people were being rude to her. Give that girl a raise!!! It's not her fault there wasn't enough help in the restaurant.

The guy at the register used his bare hands after touching my money and whoever else’s before me to put my fries in the bag. Raw dogged the friesðŸ˜That’s disgusting. I know the standards for men are low but dang, that’s pretty gross.
18 minutes in drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers with no traffic and one car in front me is ridiculous. Wow. Wouldn't go back for free food. The older lady/man at the register in drive thru was rude and sweaty palmed. Disgusting service!!!
