Disillusioned reflections on life's worn-out script

Stay far, far away!!!!Took 20 minutes to get 2 fries and a drink, and to top it off, the order she put in was incorrect.Absolutely no one who works here knows what they're doing. They walk around, dazed and confused, yelling and complaining, not doing anything.To get your order taken takes 10-20 minutes! (Beyond ridiculous, and they weren't busy! It was 2 people in line to order.)The manager and employees talk & don't work.This is fast food...It's not a hard job!!!!!!!

Burger King you conniving wretched people. I GO to your RESTAURANT at 11:20 PM on my BREAK. I read the website. “Open” in green letters it says. What a fool I was. I make the trek OUT into Chesterton to eat at your phony baloney establishment and LO AND BEHOLD. The sign SHINES with “open” I pull up to the drive through and sit there for SEVEN MINUTES. No answer. Quick question Burger King, why does your website say you are OPEN when you are in fact CLOSED? Do my eyes deceive me or are you just so INCOMPETENT and FOOLISH that you mistakenly put your open hours to be open until midnight? First of all, BURGER KING, I place 40,000 curses on you and your families and your families’ families. Second of all, I WILL come back to your establishment ONLY IF you apologize to me with A MERE 2 orders of chicken fries and a MEDIUM root beer with NO ice, which is what I REQUESTED in the first place. Third of all, are you aware the McDonald’s is most if not all the preferred location at which many prefer to dine? Your sorry state of business is APPARENT to the citizens of Chesterton Indiana.

Understaffed, Rude, makes you wait 15 minutes in line at the order menu to tell you there is only 2 ppl in the building working and that she was clearing her line of 2 cars. Then by the time she lets you order it is after 10:30 so you can not order breakfast even though you were ready to order breakfast before 10:30 even though she was not ready to take your order. Get it together Burger King! Smh so many ppl this morning left the line because of such poor service! What a shame!

Seriously? I haven't had a good experience here in years. They used to at least pretend to care, now however it seems that is to much effort. I really hope they turn it around and start treating customers better, and offering even vlose to what they say they do. The whopper I had tasted like a frozen old patty, no seasoning, dried like it had been cooked a week ago, and the bun literally was as hard as a rock. Horrendous. The lettuce on it was brown and it was the hard white part that you should throw out, and I got the outside of an onion with the skin still on! I mean....come on. Don't expect much.

2/23/24 10:30pm horrible drive -thru service. Older woman was very rude and had zero customer service. I was waiting to order and she yelled “what do you want?!” Not even a hello. While ordering she just made me feel like I was bothering her and she was so quick to cut me off. Very unprofessional conversation & interaction as well at the window. This location is horrible, go to Mc.Donald's across the street. Also, For an older woman you would think she would show more leadership, respect.

There must be no management at night. Sat in drive thru at 6pm for over 10 minutes, while the doors were locked and employees ignoring a customer who was trying to get their attention. I sat, stuck, in drive thru watching him dance playing around. Rude and disrespectful.

We showed up just after 11AM today, and the building was understaffed. I’m not sure if it was a scheduling issue or call ins, we had to wait a very long time in the drive-thru but despite whatever problems the building had today they delivered the best BK food I’ve ever seen or eaten. The staff this morning was left at a major disadvantage and they fought hardto stay afloat.

I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday. I thought this location was clean and well put together. The cashier was nice, looked me in the eye, and did a good job. They were a but busy, but the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The burger was made correctly and packaged neatly. I'm not sure there is much more you could ask of a Burger King. Much better than others I've been to.

Food still good even if a couple of menu items and drink choices were unavailable. I don't know why it was so empty- it's the same place as a few years ago when they did a thriving business.If it had been busy, I'd imagine they'd have had enough staff to get our order taken and out faster, but the one lady doing the whole front was pleasant, if a little frazzled.I still love their onion rings, and the fries are really great if you get them crispy- fried for about 30 seconds longer than usual. Then they're better than maybe anyone else's fries ??‍♀️??‍♀️ (but do ask for salt- they're not usually resalted after that)Kid-friendliness: Nice kid's meal, with applesauce and apple juice options. The first side can either be fries or applesauce, but the second can be applesauce or soft serve ice cream! We would've liked the ice cream, but that was an unavailable menu item (we did come slightly later in the evening, so I do get it)Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level, so plenty accessible, that I could tell. We only opened one door each, but there are double doors that might be able to be opened, if necessary.

Three people in the vehicle we all ordered food I ordered a plain burger for my dog we asked for salt and ketchup we start to leave we have no salt no ketchup and no plain burger that we paid for we had to go inside to get it they give us two salts and three ketchups for three people. No recipe to. Stop playing on your phone . Keep your hands out of your pocket.
