I have visited this franchise on three separate occasions around 6 p.m., but each time, several menu items were unavailable. While the staff was pleasant, my inquiries about the repeated shortages were dismissed without explanation. Given that the location remains open until 10 p.m., this consistent lack of popular food items is a significant issue. I recommend that other customers be aware that their desired food choices may not be available after 6 p.m. This is an area that management should address to improve the customer experience.

I got a burrito bowl with double meat. Horrific . The steak must have been 3 days old. Dry & burnt. How do you guys think its acceptable to charge $17 and serve that 🤮🤮. I will never go there again.

Chesterton location has to be the worst one in our area. Horrible service.They scrimp on the protein like it's coming out of their check. Bowls put in the bag upside down leaking on every other item. I have given them multiple tries, but no more. I'll drive out of my way to go to another Chipotle.

Clean your damn store! Are all of the NWI Chipotles owned by the same person because each one is nasty? Walked in this one and did an immediate U turn because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Seriously, fix it. Love the food, but won't eat in nastiness. And that's a serious question- who owns these?

Got some food tonight. Chips were so stale it hurt to bite through. Took them back and got told “oh they’re made in the morning” and was handed another bag of stale chips. They KNOW that the chips will be stale later. Not even Taco Bell hands you stale chips.

Just want to give a shout out to the nice blonde girl working the whole line by herself (1.18.25 around 5:30pm) Line of customers and she handled everything like a professional. While one girl just glanced at the line in fear, the guy on his phone in the kitchen area and the rest of the crew nowhere to be found. She rocked it, give her a raise. I hope she’s sees this!

I am a vegetarian and I ordered a bowl online at 6pm with fajitas veggies. There was nothing online saying that they were out of the fajita veggies and got nothing in my bowl besides white rice and lettuce. When I took my order back to get veggies or my money back they were no help and just told me to contact customer service. The workers were no help and did not make an effort to make my experience better. Would not recommend since this has happened multiple times.

I had a long day and stopped here for dinner. There was an issue with the card machine. The crew let me finish my meal while they worked out the issue. All of the employees were kind and and the food was great!
