Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant….ever. Waitress barely came. Had to flag her down to order, drinks refills. And the kicker……..I never ever received my food. My entire party did, except me. How do you not notice that one of the people at the table has nothing in front of them? I had to go to the hostess stand to bring it up to her. She couldn’t have cared less. I told her I didn’t want It at this point and take it off my bill. Abysmal. No wonder this place is closing down.

We needed a place to spend a few hours before a wedding rehearsal and Craft House was right across the street. We sat at the bar and had great service. The food was also good, a little pricey for being a lunch menu but tasted great. Great beer selection as well. Would definitely go back!

Had a nice dinner at the Craft house in Chesterton with Baby boy!! Requested (off the menu 16oz) Prime Rib was nice and tender.. I wouldn't say slow cooked as long as or as Tender a Hestons but it was damn good. Horsey sauce was balanced perfect. Taters were great and the Asparagus was decent. Had the end of the stalks that are tough and grainy still on them and untrimmed. But all in all is say it was a very nice experience. Server was nice. Left a little over 20% tip. The host was nice, welcoming and found some crayons & a coloring book so that was sweet of her.
Last but not least my drink for the night was a old Fashioned it was soooo Damn good!
Food is delicious! Although, the price is very high for what you get. Boursin airline chicken dinner you get mashed potatoes, asparagus and chicken. Salad is extra and there are no rolls/bread with your meal. Pretty basic dinner for $18.99. Service is fantastic! If you don't mind a noisy atmosphere, then this dining/bar restaurant is for you. A lot of hard surfaces, so the noise level is pretty loud! My husband and I could hardly hear each other when sitting across from one another in the dining room next to the bar area. They do have lots of daily specials, so come in and check that out! The food is rather gourmet and you do get a lot. Our dinner plates were almost overflowing with food! The potatoes come with a delectable cream sauce and the chicken is stuffed with boursin cheese. Very gourmeazy!

Draft House has a typical sports bar ambiance, but the food is definitely a step above standard pub grub fare. Both the jambalaya and the salmon were great and the portions were huge. The staff was very friendly and were happy to accommodate a few special requests I had, even on a busy Friday night. Craft House also has a dog-friendly outdoor seating area, although it faces the parking lot so the scenery is middling. Overall I'd certainly recommend it for a place to hang out, catch a game, enjoy good food and catch up with friends and family.

The Craft House is like the little restaurant that could, It has potential. Or maybe I need to remember you dont come to Indiana for sea food.
We were seated right away and without issue, which was cool. The waitress was nice and timely with everything.
Crab stuff mushrooms-mushroom was good...lacked crab tho.. or maybe it didn't have any taste.
Spicy cheese curds-freaking awesome!
Shrimp and Crab cake-shrimp were good, but the crab cake was tasteless.
Bacon chesse burger wasn't bad at all Fries were outstanding!
Salad with add chicken - was really good and fresh
Buffalo chicken rap- was alright, nothing special
If I could go with 3.5 stars, I would, but since I can't, I will round up to 4 due to the service and the spicy curds
