We stopped in at the bar. It was very dark in there. We stopped in for a drink it was very dark in there. That's the reason we left. Would have been nice to have an open patio or something to enjoy the weather.

The Craft House is like the little restaurant that could, It has potential. Or maybe I need to remember you dont come to Indiana for sea food.
We were seated right away and without issue, which was cool. The waitress was nice and timely with everything.
Crab stuff mushrooms-mushroom was good...lacked crab tho.. or maybe it didn't have any taste.
Spicy cheese curds-freaking awesome!
Shrimp and Crab cake-shrimp were good, but the crab cake was tasteless.
Bacon chesse burger wasn't bad at all Fries were outstanding!
Salad with add chicken - was really good and fresh
Buffalo chicken rap- was alright, nothing special
If I could go with 3.5 stars, I would, but since I can't, I will round up to 4 due to the service and the spicy curds

First time here, everything was great! Good service, amazing food and great atmosphere.
We had the coconut shrimp for an appetizer (really good) and I had the 14 oz Ribey. Cooked as requested, steak did not need anything else to compliment it (no sauces needed).
Definitely coming back!

I wasn't impressed. The food that we got was good, but it was just sandwiches. It's so dark in there that you can't see the menu.
My partner and I ate at Craft House and had a generally good experience. Overall, our food was hot-or-miss. I got the shrimp and crab, and loved it. My partner got the buffalo chicken wrap, but it was pretty sad. The potatoes wedges were tasty. I also had one of the beers on tap, and it was delicious. Service was kind and prompt, never missing a beat. This would have been a 5 star experience, but I have to knock off a couple of points. As we were leaving, another patron called us a gay slur. We are disappointed with the experience, and likely won't be back since we do not feel safe.

Craft house indicates that you might sell craft beers, that is why we chose it, however, the night we came in and after the server had taken our order, we were informed that none of the taps were not working, needless to say disappointing. Food was average, nothing special. In fact, one of our party's salads contained wilted lettuce, and did not look fresh. The server did not remove appetizer dishes before our meal, I had to ask her to remove them. I will not return and will try another tap/brewery.

It was too dark. The sidewinder fries were not cooked long enough for how thick they are. Blueberry martini was the highlight of the whole experience. Nothing was remarkable.

I was looking for a quick bite while stopping in Chesterton for the night and came across Craft House. I was seated and served fairly quickly. After looking over the menu, I ended up getting the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the Skinny Dippers. Both were pretty good and filled me up fast.
