We absolutely love Culver’s! It’s one of those places that never disappoints and always feels like such a treat when we stop in. Whether we’re going for a full meal or just grabbing dessert, it’s become a family favorite and a spot we all look forward to visiting. There’s something about the whole experience—the food, the atmosphere, the service—that makes it stand out from other places.
The ButterBurgers are always fresh, juicy, and made just the way you want them. They never taste rushed or thrown together, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The sides are just as good—crinkle-cut fries, cheese curds, onion rings—you name it, everything is delicious and satisfying. It’s comfort food done right, with portions that actually leave you feeling full.
Of course, the custard is what really makes Culver’s special for us. It’s rich, creamy, and perfectly smooth—way better than your typical ice cream. We love that they rotate their “Flavor of the Day,” because it makes every visit a little different and exciting. You never know what flavor you’ll get to try, and it keeps things from ever feeling repetitive. It’s fun for the kids (and honestly for us adults, too!) to check the board and see what’s new.
On top of the great food, the service is always wonderful. Every time we’ve gone, the staff have been friendly, polite, and quick to help. They’re patient even when things get busy, and you can tell they care about giving good customer service. It’s not just the food that makes us come back—it’s how welcome we feel while we’re there.

I'm a Canadian from Montreal and Toronto, so things like Butter Burgers and Iced Custard were brand new and wonderful experiences for me 10+ years ago when I was last in Chicago.
We were on our last day in-town and wanted to stop for lunch before our 8-hour road trip home, and when I saw Culver's there was no question. I got to introduce several friends to the wonderful food, and now we have to keep coming back to the area, clearly!
The staff were fantastic, listened to me excitedly tell them about my last time to a Culver's and how much I had missed their iced custard, and despite the wild heat of the day we still got hot burgers and cold, sweet custard. Thank you for humouring me 😄.

I love coming here after rehearsal for a late night burger or custard. Tonight, I noticed my tire pressure light came on while driving home from rehearsal, so pulled into Culver's. I am so glad their outside lights were still on! I went to check on my car and saw that I had a flat tire. I started workingon my car and an employee came up to me. They asked me if I needed help and that his manager knows how to change a tire. I told them yes and he went back inside to fetch his manager. His manager came out to me and was able to put my spare tire on my car in a matter of minutes! Thank you so much to the employee and to the manager working tonight!! You are a life saver!!

I might be a Culver's addict, but this once again met every expectation you could have for this place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and eager to serve. They were very polite too! My food order was highly accurate, with delicious custard accompanied too of course. The building was very clean and they had people on staff constantly cleaning and checking on customers. They know how to serve!!

The Culver in Texas had seasoning this one was boring and only taste greasy. I trashed it and only ate the French fries. The staff was friendly, the store was clean.
