It's a Culvers and that basically explains it. In terms of fast food its really good, better than a decent sit down restaurant as well. The lady who ran the register while I was ordering was very kind.

Today at the drive thru, an employee (Gabe?) messed up my order. Didn’t discover until I get home. Returned to Culver’s to get the ordered items corrected. Gabe overheard my conversation and immediately took ownership of his mistake and apologized. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Just refreshing to hear an employee take charge and admit mistakes with an apology to boot. Great job Gabe. Great job Culver’s.
