I live nearby so I consider myself a frequent customer. Great, friendly employees.

Today at the drive thru, an employee (Gabe?) messed up my order. Didn’t discover until I get home. Returned to Culver’s to get the ordered items corrected. Gabe overheard my conversation and immediately took ownership of his mistake and apologized. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Just refreshing to hear an employee take charge and admit mistakes with an apology to boot. Great...

We absolutely love Culver’s! It’s one of those places that never disappoints and always feels like such a treat when we stop in. Whether we’re going for a full meal or just grabbing dessert, it’s become a family favorite and a spot we all look forward to visiting. There’s something about the whole experience—the food, the atmosphere, the service—that makes it stand out from other places.
