Ice cream is always off,texture was really weird the last time and today all the ice cream we got tasted and smelled sour as if it was expired,wouldn't recommend here at all and won't be back. They need to be inspected.

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday and I threw it away. The fudge was cold and had a gritty texture to it. Seemed like it was really old or something was mixed in it. Grossed me out and wasted $5

Save your money and go somewhere else. All these recent negative reviews should tell you enough.

Every time I go to this dairy Queen in the middle of the day the doors are locked but the open sign is on. Happened today at 1:30 p.m. this has to be the worst dairy Queen for service I have ever encountered.

The lobby is never open. You can only order through the drive-thru.
Not very convenient when you have kids and want to eat, but don’t want them eating in the car.

DQ dining room is closed in the middle of summer, on a hot weekend afternoon???!!! It’s like DQ doesn’t want everyone’s business???!!! While waiting in the slowest drive-thru, we watched several large parties try to visit DQ, but doors are locked so groups just keep driving away. And the drive-thru is SO SLOW we’ve watched 2 cars full of people get out of the drive-thru as well! Unfortunately, we ordered online (because we were short on time & thought it would be faster) & the ONLY way we could pick up the 2 shakes we already paid for was to wait in the SLOW drive-thru lane. And if the experience wasn’t bad enough already, by the time we got our shakes 28 MINUTES LATER they were completely MELTED!!!!!

Went to buy a cake. Lobby was closed, it was 5pm on a Monday. I went through the drive thru and recieved a very plain cake that was higher priced than other dairy queens in the area. The same cake a couple miles down the road would of been $6 cheaper. The dairy queen in Westville was $11 cheaper. I wish I could attach a picture, but definitely go to the other locations and avoid this one.

Rude customer service. Easier for them to be rude when it’s drive thru only. They don’t have to look you in the eye when they rush you.
Said she gave us 10% discount but actually also charged us for extra pecans and caramel that didn’t exist and wasn’t asked for.

As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years I understand that we all have bad days and I understand that we all have moments where we might feel like we're losing our mind but there should never be a time where it's okay to be rude to the guests or the delivery drivers. I am in this location on a regular basis and these are the rudest workers in any fast food restaurant that I have ever dealt with. I don't ever even want to go in here when I receive delivery orders for this place because I never know what kind of rude treatment I'll be receiving next or how long I'll have to wait on their food.
