Terrible service. Just wanted to get my 3 year old son a chocolate shake after playing at the hot beach all day but instead, the blonde at the window taking orders watches us walk up, slams the window in our face after taking the people in front of us order, then as we wait for her to come back she then goes to the next window over and takes the order of the people that were in line behind us at the next over window. Hope someone shows her this, not a good look for being in the customer serving industry.

stopped to get an ice cream cone today an hour after opening. one lady was wiping the counter and ignored us for a couple minutes and finally said 'hang on a minute'. she then proceeded do more cleaning and take out trash and sweep, along with the other employee working. we waited for 7 minutes before we gave up and left with them watching us the whole time. disappointed that at least one of them couldn't take two minutes to stop and take our order and make an ice cream cone. our car was decorated for pride, so not sure if that had anything to do with the lack of service or if the service is just bad all the time. Culver's is getting your business today thanks to your employees.

I have been coming to Diary Dip for 12 years and never had an issue until today. I bought the strawberry vanilla swirl ice cream for myself and my daughter. She told me it tasted funny, I tried mine which also tasted funny. It had a sour/almost chemical taste to it. I did not eat anymore then the first bite. I asked the young girl who told me she couldn't replace it and did not offer to help in anyway. She was very rude. I paid for ice cream that we threw away. I am a understanding person and usually never complain. However I am livid and beyond disappointed in how your staff treated our situation. I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and would have NEVER been allowed to speak to a customer the way your worker did. If we served a product that tasted bad we would have solved the problem so our customers would come back. I am so sad that we will not be back to Dairy Dip which was one of my favorite places. I am very disappointed in Dairy Dip. I understand keeping workers is hard to do and productivity is important but not at the expense of a customer.

Came to visit area from Richmond and this was a very nice treat. Great customer service. The line was long but it only took about 15 minutes to get thru. Price was great too. Only 15 dollars for 5 people! Great quality food. The cherry dipped chocolate ice cream cone was yummy. All in all would definitely come again before our trip is done
Food and treats are great, staff is as fast and friendly as can be. You won't go wrong here. Love this place.

This place was very busy when we stopped by and they have an excellent selection of soft serve ice cream creations and fair. I had a nice strawberry soft serve cone with a chocolate dip that was very nice. Definitely worth a stop if your in the area.
