I leave detailed drop off instructions and I had to chase the driver down because he apparently can't follow detailed instructions...? Also the pizza according to their app sat for almost 45 minutes before it even went out for delivery. Cold pizza I have to chase? Not a fan. I will only order when I can pick up I guess. Bummer you can't trust delivery anymore.

I wish I could leave negative stars they are rude dont know what extra means constant issues with delivery and ordering i really cant even believe they are still open I given them many chances hoping maybe it was just a bad night but its pretty consistent nonsense save your patience time and money go litterally anywhere else

Ordered a medium cheese pizza and a small coke and waited over an hour when the app said 15-30 minutes. Called to cancel the order because obviously they were either busy or having issues and i didn’t want to wait any longer or spend money on a cold pizza, and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes the phone was picked up by the rudest employee who spoke with an attitude and was obviously mad at me for wanting my damn money, then as i was in the middle of a sentence was hung up on. Whoever this male employee was needs to be given an education on how to have proper customer service (coming from someone who also works in the food service industry and has dealt with a fair share of entitled customers).

Had a really bad order delivered, missing items and incorrect proportions along with bad tastes. Not the norm for this location. Since the cell phone on order was an old number I had to call to request a refund. Was so disappointed with the order that was never going to order here again but was informed it was completed by another stores manager. So I decided I'd give them one more try and they did NOT disappoint. Not only did they remake my entire order (a $60+ order at that) but they also threw in a free desert. Both the manager and store owner/gm were extremely professional and helped to make the mistake of another stores employee right! Truly thankful for their time and effort and getting to enjoy our favorite pizza again 😋

HORRIBLE customer service. The women was nasty and didn't have a care in the world about the complaint filed. They gave us melted cheese, caked in oil, in an aluminum container then went on to say they didn't. As soon as we stated we can send a picture of the container of melted cheese, she became rude and nasty.

Rudest management ever!!! Called and told them party of my delivery order was not good. The bread dipping sauce was just baked cheese and a bunch of oil. Couldn't do the bread in it. She claimed she made the order was and it was correct and what did I want done about it. I stated what would she offer to correct it and she said NOTHING! because she made it and it was fine. I told her it wasn't and I could send her a picture and she said she didn't care because it was fine. I was in shock and told her that and she said it's my problem not hers. I asked for her name and she said she did not need to disclose her name and I told her because she knows I'm calling corporate and she said, i don't care I've been here for years....SO? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! WORST AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Their food has been amazing till VERY recently. Food is severely undercooked, we have ordered dominos several times and it’s been undercooked every single time. The pizzas are pasty white underneath. Quit rushing and cook your food like how you have been since you opened. This is a damn joke.

This place sucks! Ordered 2 pizzas and I get home and find out one is just cheese when I paid extra for toppings. Had to drive all the way back to pick up the right pizza and they offer no compensation and want the old pizza back. Now I'm standing here waiting for the correct pizza and nobody even apologized. Last time I'm coming here 😡

Stephen, the delivery driver needs to be fired. The food was great, time was great, but I don’t appreciate being called pathetic because he ASSUMED I wasn’t going to tip. I use contactless because I have a baby and a dog. The app always lets me know when driver is here but today it did not and I tried to catch him with a 25% tip— $5.00 on a $20 order. Literally $20. I’m not sure when I will order delivery again, may just start picking up.. which is sad because we order dominos at least once a week.
