EVERYONE HERE IS RUDE!!! My drinks are always terrible (gave it a couple shots)! The other day I asked for a Vanilla Bean coolata with blue raspberry and two other modifications (make with cream and add sugar free vanilla). The lady was very rude and said they couldnāt do it. I tried again today just to see, and the guy said they could do it and took my order. I guess he forgot to put the pumps of raspberry on the screen. The lady brought out the drink, and when we asked about the blue raspberry, she cut us off and said āvanilla bean coolata.āwhile slightly shaking the cup with an attitude. When we told her the guy said we could add blue raspberry, she questioned it with attitude āso add blue raspberry too?ā She turned and stomped away then came back with it fixed. This locations has messed up other orders too, but we have never had this much rudeness. Our munchkins were also stale. -100000000/10 will not be coming back. Customer service is terrible, food is cold or stale, and the drinks at this location are made horribly.

My coffee was good! I just drink regular Dunkin black. I like the taste. The chocolate donut along with it was a nice evening dessert. Thank you!

This is the worst Dunkin in America. The young ladies are so busy playing on their phones that they put whatever they want in your coffee regardless of what you ask for. I drink Dunkin 3 times a day and whenever I stop at this location there is a 90% chance that my coffee will be totally wrong. Then when you ask them to fix it they act like itās your fault. Lol How hard is it just to give the customer what they ask for? Whoever owns this place needs to talk to the young ladies that work in the evenings and tell them to do better. Itās absolutely ridiculous and Iām sure that there are a ton of customers that have these same encounters. Do better young ladies.

I arrived at the local DD to grab a dozen donuts, box of Joe and 6 bagels to take to my staff for a morning meeting. I waited approx 6 mins before anyone acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. I placed my order. Received my coffee and box of donuts quickly and efficiently. Was told to go to the other side of the counter for my bagels. I received them, they were warm. I asked for cream, sugar, cups for my coffee so that I could leave. I received no response from the employee, who turned and continued to make others orders. After 4 mins of standing there waiting, I asked if I could go get the items myself. To which a very nice man went and got the items for me. I've been in senior leadership for the past 5 years. I know that having good help is hard, but it is a direct reflection on leadership / ownership at this site. I was so disappointed in the customer service this am - I spent approx $70 in 5 min that I'm writing this review. I will not be returning to this location even though it's 2 miles from our house and church. Do better Dunkin. It shouldn't always be about convenience.

I went here at 5:30pm; even though there was not a single car in the parking lot - literally empty, they refused to serve me because I parked over the line. They treated me like I'm a criminal, just to be antagonistic, when in fact I just want to be able to exit easily. I used to stop here regularly because it is by the gas station, but I will never go back to this terrible place.
I will consider going here again once the staff is entirely replaced by AI robots.

Girl who took my order was honestly very short with me and rude. All employees looked just very annoyed I even walked in the door. Also my croissant was burnt :( also they put the wrong ingredient in my drink and the lobby was very messy and crowded with overstock.
