My first encounter it reeked like cigarette smoke in the lobby as if I had just went to a dive bar. Wasn't busy but three young workers were busy watching a game instead of helping me out. No customer acknowledgment not even a thank you after I paid and got my drink.

We are a big Dunkin household. But this Dunkin has repeatedly gotten our orders wrong more often than not *and* will either deny that there was an issue or ignore it. They have forgotten extras that we have paid for such as an extra paddy on a sandwhih. They have completely not include items in drive through. And they have even gone so far as to not include coffee in their coffee drinks and claim that there is despite the drink being pure white with just milk! We are currently looking into other options until this location can pull themselves together.

Disappointed in the lack of donut selection at 6:20am... You would assume there would be fresh donuts by now. However, they are completely out of maple and only had 1 regular chocolate frosted donut. It's hard to believe they went through all of those this quickly... I wish they would plan to have more readily available for the morning commuters.

Came for a black coffee and donut at 9am on Friday, got a rock with chocolate on it and kid dropped my dime still gave me back 91 cents change. I would have rather paid $25 for the free bag on eBay than return here.

Will never go back to this Dunkin. They got my order wrong twice in one visit. My sandwich was rock hard and parts were completely inedible. The order of hash browns they served were smashed into a ball as well. So stunned at how bad the quality and service was.

Visited here multiple times during a week trip to the lake. Ordering was always quick and workers very nice.
