Apparently people who work at this dunkin dounuts lack common sense. I ordered donuts, there was just as much frosting on both the inside as well as the outside of the bag. They decided it ok to smear the frosting off the donuts on to the bag. I wanna say thank you. Cause I will never go back to that store again.

Drivethru line was long, I asked for plain donuts. Costlier than I expected so I checked and I'd been given glazed donuts. Went in they told me they were out of plain which is probably why I was given glazed. Long story short I ended up with 2 chocolate glazed cake donuts which were dry, plus the free glazed. Still not happy.

Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee told the other employee “just fill it with ice” because they had run out of one of the ingredients and didn’t want to open a new bottle and then proceeded to hand me my drink which was mostly ice. I asked why there was so much ice to which she replied “that’s just how it comes.” I requested for the drink to be remade as it was not my first time ordering it. She remade the drink and it was absolutely disgusting. If you don’t like your job, then go get a new one instead of wasting people’s money by messing up orders.

I just stopped by there today I got the seasonal macchiato with oat milk and a dozen donuts. The service was so fast and my items were made PERFECTLY and QUICK whoever is working today (1-22-24 at 10 am )deserves a raise! And the donuts were so fresh. Best experience at a DD

I come here all the time. I have been having non stop issues with my drinks being wrong lately. Idk who yall hired that can't follow a pre-made recipe but please fix it. Almost $8 for a freaking coffee isn't even close to worth it if I have to have it remade every time AND it's STILL wrong when getting remade. HOW?! this is the 4th time in a row that I've had to have a super simple latte remade and the remake is also wrong. Either drop your prices to half or figure it out guys. Since we know you won't drop prices, how about some retraining at least?! The lines were never this long before either. Seriously. Who ever has been hired in the last 3 months, retraining allllll of them. I love their personalities and stuff but the job itself is also, uk, kinda important. Lol

That one lady that looks like a librarian with the curly hair and glasses is extremely disrespectful and rude. I ordered 2 wake-up wraps and got 1. I called and told her, and she proceeded to be rude and argue with me as if I didn’t know how to count. She then proceeded to say “I guess I’ll refund you for one wake-up wrap”. As she should. Those wake up wraps are 3 dollars.

The last time we came here there was a fucking maggot in the coffee, absolutely disgusting, and then we decided to come back and get donuts, open the bag and here comes a live spider, fucking lovely if you ask me. Would recommend this place if you like bugs in your food and cold coffee!! Haven't seen shit like this before, wish I had pictures because this is unbelievable.

The frozen coffee was great and they do have sugar free syrups. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The donuts were dry and not very flavorful. These donuts are not the Dunkin' Donuts of my youth.
