Food was great, usually is here. But freaky fast isn't the slogan at this location. I show up for a pick up.. girl says let me bag it for you.. grabs the sandwiches and walks to other side... next thing i know she's out sitting at a table, 5 more minutes pass and another girl asks the delivery guy to bag it so he did,, everyone polite but customer service skills c'mon.

Guy at the counter is amazing. However the place has gone down. Used to be amazing but last few orders have been sub par online is ignored. And some staff members have no care attitudes. While I watch all the drivers get their orders served many sandwiches my online order is nothing but lagging. Used to be happy to come here for online orders. Not anymore.

Very disappointed with this location. I walked in for a quick #4Turkey Tom with Lettuce, Tomatoes and extra mayo. The store smelled horrible like dirty mop water and chemical cleaner. There were two guys making sandwiches and both had beards (no net) one had long hair (no net). The girl at the register was polite enough. I placed my order and I get back to my truck and head out. I open the sandwich to find little turkey and no tomatoes. I do not recommend this location. I will not be back there again.

They have really good sandwiches and they just keep getting better with their new products! I tried their new Smoked Cheddar Bourbon Club Roast Beef, and all I can say is .....damn thats good!

I'd you want your food in a decent amount of time when being delivered choose somewhere else. I'm currently waiting for over an hour for a sandwich and this isn't the first time. Sandwiches are always messy as well.

Jimmy John's is one of the best sandwich shops when you're on the road. Good for eating in, but especially good for eating in the car if you're in a huge hurry. The sandwiches are kind of self-contained and therefore less messy. Also I've always liked their iced tea.
