This franchise has gone downhill the last year or two. Delivery times are a minimum of an hour and more times than not, my order is completely wrong. I order JJ out of convenience, but end up spending more time and frustration to correct the order. It then takes an additional hour OR MORE for my corrected order to be delivered. Times are tough with employment shortages, so I try to be understanding. Hard to have patience when nearly every order is delayed or wrong.

This place is amazing. I work close and have huge orders all the time. They have never gotten anything wrong, the staff is incredibly friendly, and its delicious. I eat here about 3 times a week but would eat it everyday if I could.

45 min and still waiting. No tracking so I had no clue what stage my order is in. Had to call. They were confused and couldn't find the order. Eventually someone figured it out. Then told me the delivery driver has five orders. So basically my already cold sandwich has been just sitting there waiting for enough orders to consolidate and justify a delivery. For 20 bucks a sandwich you would think the least they could give me was phenomenal service but no such luck. Soggy sandwich I need to prepare for if ever they come. Every experience with them has been similar and I Always say why not give them a chance. Deleting the app at this point. They are a waste of time.

I do t eat here but my significant other does and he really likes it here and I haven’t heard him ever complain about the food or the atmosphere or the employees so it’s recommendedParking: It’s a shared parking lot with 2 other places and so it can get a little busy

Today I witnessed a dedicated delivery driver. The road leading into my neighborhood was closed. He parked outside of the neighborhood and ran, literally ran at full speed to my neighbor’s house to deliver their order. It was 90°+ at the time. And he ran with a smile on his face! Talk about freaky fast!

Usually a pretty consistent spot for a sandwich. My only annoyance is I always order extra cucumbers and I don't think that ever gets done because whether I order extra or not, the number always is the same on the sandwich and I'm sure they charge extra so hopefully they'll start paying attention and actually adding extra when it's asked for but other than that it was good. First world problems.
