I literally got a mc griddle with no sausage...... do we need to hold up the line to check our food to make sure its all there?

Very unsanitary. I'm surprised it even passed inspections. The workers eat fries while making orders as well as handle their phones. Some lack communication when taking orders at drive thru. When they switch to go to break and a new one car comes, they take that cars order first even though the other worker asked the first car to wait. They don't wear proper gloves. I've seen employees not wash their hands. This is the McDonald's on cr. 17 and 120. I think if the employees were trained better and provided with the proper gloves and sanitary conditions, they would be set up for success. The reviews might be better as well.

I tried to buy some breakfast today, and a woman served me with a hostile attitude, and I decided not to buy anything. It is important that they train customer service employees.

Great service and very clean. They are always donation a portion of sales to great causes. Best operated McDonald’s I’ve been too. I’ll drive out of my way just to see if they are consistent. THIS TEAM IS DOING GREAT!

good food. good employees, but the boss and recruiter are horrible. I went there for a job interview and I never felt so humiliated. I told them I have a disability in my arm but, I can still use it. The recruiter made me place my hands on the table and goes it looks normal to me. Then she wanted me to show her what I meant. I picked up her tumbler with my right hand(good hand) then my left. I was able to pick it up but not for long and with the help of my right hand. She got her boss. They made a few more comments on my arm. Then they asked if I currently work. I said yes as a receptionist at a hair salon. The recruiter goes why would you want to leave a job where you sit in a chair all day making appointments. I'm like I don't sit down I'm constantly walking around the salon doing miscellaneous things. She said you have it easy and you have to be able to multitask. That's all I do at work and at home. They took my hours that I could work, but I knew I wasn't getting hired. I tried making a report but they are privately owned. If you or someone you know want to work at a McDonald's make sure they are part of corporation.

Very busy but got through the line quickly and only messed up my drink order
Update: This location has gotten progressively worse. The last three times I've been here the wait was longer than it should have been at non-peak hours. My order is consistently wrong, either not made correctly or missing ingredients and sauces. There seems to be no management, no work ethic and no accountability. It's a shame.
