We were traveling back home to Illinois from our amazing family vacation in Michigan when we needed to find breakfast to make the drive. I stumbling upon this diner and was so glad we picked it. Instantly treated with a Good Morning by the lovely staff. Starting off hot with the coffee - it was sooo good. We got a little bit of everything with our family of 5 and we all finished our plates. The biscuits and gravy were some of the best we have EVER had. The waffle was not a normal...
A great place to eat unless it's the grits, then you'll get a soup with 0 flavor and so watery getting it to have flavor is a no-go. Everything else is fantastic, service outstanding, atmosphere awesome, and the other food delicious.
Adorable, local breakfast and coney style place. Children friendly. If you are visiting the national park( Indiana Dunes State park) it worth the few minutes drive. 2 people, 2 breakfast omelets with 2 coffee and 1 orange juice under $25 without 20% tip.
