We stopped here for a quick snack while visiting Indiana Dunes and loved it! Chicago dog was great and the root beer float was next level! Straight out of the 50s! Fast service and the young girl who helped us was so friendly.

TERRIBLE! Waited an absurd 45 mins for just a chicken tender and grilled sandwich on top of that when I received my food gave nuggets instead of tenders and tried to make me wait another 30-45 mins to re cook got a refund but terrible service. That’s the problem with this place owner loves teenagers for some reason find that a bit strange!
We were looking for a quick bite to eat and we didn't want the same old places. We found this gem and were not disappointed. We came the last day they were open for the season but we plan to visit again when they open in the spring.

I had the fish and chips. Fish was fake.(fish sticks) no tartar sauce the fries okay but only one ketchup package.. nice 1960 atmosphereParking: You park under a canopy and the waitress comes out not on roller skates. And you eat in your car service
