I got the meatloaf dinner. The potatoes and gravy were delicious. Potatoes were very well seasoned. The meatloaf itself was really just brisket with red sauce. The ranch dressing for the salad is really good. I would not feel good abt ordering it again at the current price point of $27. That feels just too high for what it was.

We had dinner here the night before a huge family celebration here. Fabulous! Delicious food, excellent, friendly and personal service and a great atmosphere. The only drawback is the noise element - all hard surfaces, no softening drapes etc, so with a crowd it got hard to hear each other. Ribs are terrific as are ths shrimp and grits.

We had a great family dinner here. All the food was excellent. We shared 3 appetizers and had dinners and dessert. Everything we all had was delicious. The Peach Mash cocktail was really good as well. Our only complaint was how uncomfortable the tall metal chairs were in the back room. We had a long dinner catching up with family and all of us were complaining about how we wish there were cushions on the chairs.

This is definitely the place to go! The food is incredible and our waitress, Jessica, was amazing! The biscuits and cornbread are phenomenal appetizers. The chicken and waffles and spring ravioli are incredible. If you haven’t been, I HIGHLY recommend. My partner has gotten the salmon twice now and it is the best salmon we’ve ever had. This restaurant should be WAY busier for how delicious their food is. It’s worth a trip and worth spending extra money on a NICE dining experience.

My husband took me to Root & Bone for our anniversary dinner, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy yet elegant—perfect for a special occasion, but what really stole the show was the food.

I ordered the crab cakes, and I have to say, they were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with just the right balance of spice and freshness. I’m still thinking about them days later!

The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and we both felt genuinely cared for throughout the evening. It made our anniversary feel extra special. Root & Bone has definitely earned a spot on our go-to list for celebrations. Highly recommend!

Honestly was not very impressed. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. The prices were extreme high for the lack of quality. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was just hot honey on a basic fried piece of chicken. The peach mash drink was good but still wouldn't come back the drinks. It was nice to try once but won't be a regular here. It was practically empty on a Friday night. The staff seemed to be standing around bored.

Celebrated me and my wife’s 9year anniversary at root n bone yesterday and I must say I look forward to going back. The food was amazing especially the cheese curds with that hot honey. The atmosphere felt welcoming and not overwhelming. And our waitress was more than perfect she kept my water glass full and made sure to check on us every so often . I don’t know what you all are doing there but keep doing it.

Southern inspired dishes with some degree of elevation. Ask your waiter what comes in a dish as you may be surprised since descriptions aren't on the menu.

The apricot chicken comes with a lovely couscous and is an amazingly bright and citrusy dish. Everyone at the table sampled the couscous and loved it. Definitely would get it again!
