Had a great customer service experience today. It really goes a long way being kind to others. The associate who helped me truly made me feel welcomed & appreciated. She also made sure my sandwich was made just as I wanted. I didn’t get her name but keep shining!

Customer service wasn't so well, they just stood there waiting for us to start talking and than on top of that they made my sandwich and than told us the oven is down after half way making our sandwiches we wanted to leave but didn't want to waste the food. 40 bucks for two cold sandwiches

Sloppiest sandwich I've ever seen. There's so much sauce on this I can't even finish it. I picked LESS honey mustard and there's waaaaaaaay too much, the sandwich tasted like honey mustard and Sriracha and nothing else. First time ordering here in ages and it's definitely the last.

Literally the best Subway experience I've ever had. Restaurant is huge and has an updated style compared with most Subways. Service was fantastic. Wonderful employees, wonderful smiles!
Do not eat at this location, basically their thieves. I had a gift card set it on the counter after she told me to swipe it. I stepped away to unlock. My card, came back, and my gift card was gone.. assistant manager refused to give her name a refused, assisting me, and looking at the video and seeing what happened to the gift card. Very unprofessional and rude. Just be careful going to this establishment a bunch of thieves.

We stopped by this restaurant and wow, the service is quite frankly the worst and appalling. First, the older blond woman manager flung a bag and was yelling at customers. The other people making the sandwiches messed up orders, allowed cross contamination by mixing toppings and then dumping contents back to into the containers that all had to use so this is a big concern if someone has celiacs or allergies. They were also getting super mad and annoyed when they realized they were out of all most materials and bread to make sandwiches. Honestly, this is quite a poorly run subway, so please take your money elsewhere. The blond manager in particular is doing a poor job and I saw her yelling at her employees too. Most subways are good, but this one emphasizes the SUB in subway with its SUB-par food and service.

Everytime I place an order on the app (I do it on the app because its the only way I can redeem promotion codes, they dont honor them in the restaurant) they get my order wrong 98% of the time. I usually always have to check. Well tonight it was my fault I did not check and it was completely the wrong order. 2 sandwiches made completely wrong. I picked up the order and they were closed by the time I got home to eat. I will be talking with manager tomorrow and getting multiple free sandwiches because this has just happened to many time and I've had enough. Something has got to give. Seriously. READ THE ORDER!!! Its absolutely ridiculous.
