I called in a phone order at 5:30 was told it would take 25 minutes to make, show up at 6:00, gave my name for the order and was told it’s not ready yet. Sat in the restaurant over an hour waiting for my food, so I finally get up to ask when my order will be ready and find out my order was never even put in. Will not be ordering here again.

Just had Joes Tacos tonight for the first time and definitely wont be the last did not disappoint from the first bite! The food was excellent, got chicken enchilada dinner, three beef taco dinner and a flauta dinner. Enough food for about three days, cant say enough about this place but thanks for making a great dinner for the fam ?

Spent over forty dollars for two taco dinners (carry out, but I was present the entire time) and saw my order come up and the waiter ignore it… walked past it over and over until I finally came to the counter to point it out. We were one of three customers in the joint. Watching my expensive food get cold sucked. Never again.

The chicken or the steak big burrito is the best. If they don’t offer you the salsa, just ask because it is included. Usually have order ready in 10-15 minutes.
They do not tell you about up charges. If you ask for more chips that’s an unsaid up charge. Food was the same as anywhere else. It is a small restaurant. Server did not know specials or what they are known for making. Just blah.

Well let's start with the food I ordered two different dinners and received two of the same type of dinners that was wrong number one . Now I will move on to the service the person who was taking the orders undoubtedly did not understand what I was telling her when that happens you should always ask the customer and repeat with the customer thier order so there's no mix up the cook is only cooking what is on the paper so don't blame the cook .

Anyone with celiac (like me) or gluten intolerance- be cautious about the tacos because I received my shrimp taco dinner and they appeared to not be on corn tortillas- I called and they said they didn't know if they were corn or flour but they appear to be flour. Unfortunately I had to throw the whole thing away, I was offered an apology but no solution, this was my first time ordering with them so I didn't know flour tortillas were an option on their tacos. Also the taco dinner does come with rice and beans, that's not specified on their online menu or doordash.
