We discovered Val’s cupcakes right in time for my birthday last weekend. It’s usually very hard to find baked goods that you can’t tell are gluten free. Val nailed it. She makes the most delicious, moist, gluten free cupcakes. They aren’t just boring flavors either. They also aren’t even remotely dry and crumbly like most. I’m so happy to have found her in town close to home. I will be purchasing some goodies again from her very soon.

Everyone always "oohs and aaahhhs" at the beautiful exterior and then is like "omg this is really good cake, I don't normally even like cake!". THANK YOU, VAL!

Val’s catered the desserts for my daughter’s wedding. They were absolutely amazing. We had so many compliments on the beautiful cake along with how delicious everything tasted. Val was extremely helpful throughout the process, too. I highly recommend for any event!
