Val, very cleverly was able to make my granddaughter her dream cake, incorporating her love of Elsa and Mermaids. The cake, 2 layers vanilla, and 1 layer chocolate, was so delicious and moist, and was decorated so beautifully. An absolutely superb job. Val's artful arrangement of our homegrown wedding flowers as the topper was the perfect personal touch that made it truly ours.

This woman is an angel in disguise! I needed a sheet cake and cupcakes for my daughter's graduation party. They also had to be dairy free. Plus, I needed it in less than a week. Our original plan fell through at the last minute. My mom contacted several bakeries and they either couldn't facilitate a dairy free cake, or do it on such short notice. Not only was Val willing to accept the challenge, she went above and beyond! She made several trips to different stores to find the perfect colored sprinkles. She and my mom touched base numerous times prior to the party date to make sure everything was going perfectly! She went out of her way to make this cake and cupcakes PERFECT for my daughter! Not only were they beautiful, but they were absolutely delicious! These were the best dairy free cakes we've ever had! The frosting was amazing! We got so many compliments and nobody could believe they were dairy free! That evening we got home from the party, and received a phone call from Val making sure my daughter was happy with the cakes! You just don't get this type of customer service and such personal attention to detail anymore. Without a doubt we will be return customers!! Val, I cannot thank you enough for everything!
