Aliyah was an amazing waitress. It was incredibly busy for a Tuesday night but she kept her head held high! She kept our drinks full and served our food hot. We would love to have her as our server every time!!

Val's Famous Pizza & Grinders offers top-notch service and delicious food. The staff is polite, kind, and professional, with some employees going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Notably, Aliyah has been mentioned as an amazing waitress who keeps drinks full and food hot, even during busy times. The restaurant is clean and reliable, providing prompt refills and a wide range of options on the menu. Customers have raved about the excellent food, including pizza and grinders, highlighting the kind and helpful staff. The pizza is described as fabulous, reminiscent of a Schererville Zuni's pizza. The famous BOMB, which is Italian beef stuffed in garlic butter, is a must-try, tender and cheesy with a garlicky goodness. The Traditional Spagoni with 2 meatballs, served with angel hair in a garlic bread pot pie topped with melted cheese, is also highly praised for its perfect blend of sweet and zesty red sauce. The doughboys are salty and parmesan cheesy, and the Peanut Butter Puck is a peanut butter mousse masterpiece. Overall, the atmosphere has an old-school vibe, bringing back memories of the 80s and 90s. Some customers have enjoyed visiting during the week, taking on challenges like the 3 pizza Challenge, and appreciated the affordable prices, such as $2.50 for a Miller Lite and free doughboys. Whether for a birthday party or just a meal after hiking, Val's Famous Pizza & Grinders is a great choice for a satisfying experience. First-time visitors have praised the great atmosphere and unreal prices, making it a must-visit spot.
