Worst Wendy’s ever. They’re rude and never have baked potatoes because either they “don’t have any” or “they’re in the oven for 45 min” at dinner rush. Ridiculous lack of planning and management here. If I owned this restaurant I would be absolutely ashamed. Their baked potato situation is on par with McDonald’s broken ice cream machines.

Burger very good. Service ok. Wendy's is my choice for fast food burgers but don't frequent them. The dining room is not inviting, hard wood tables,hard chairs. Not nice.i. went for a hamburger and got a good one. I guess that's what matters.
The food and service were great at the drive thru. Went in to use the restroom and the soap dispenser battery was dead so I got no soap, freezing cold water, and no paper towels because the paper towel dispenser had a dead battery too.

I normally prefer Chesterton fast food joints but Wendy's has really gone down the crapper starting a few years ago, maybe more. The quality and customer service isn't even at bare minimum level. I think I officially give up on Wendy's altogether. No matter which location I go to, the food sucks and the workers act like I'm bothering them and interrupting something even though they could be doing absolutely nothing. It doesn't matter if they're busy or not. Hope this helps in your decision making!
