Worst experience ever at a fast food place. Staff was arguing with each other about hours and our food took forever even though it wasn't busy. Then our order was screwed up and we had to come back in and wait some more. The place is a mess. Management needs to get a handle on things quick.

White Castle adjoined with a gas station. Tried to order a crave case and was told it would be quite a wait as several were ahead of me. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru.??♂️ Ordered two doubles and fries. Buns were extremely soggy, almost inedible. In my experience it is better to stop at a stand alone Instead of one attached to a gas station.

Love the food here, it was a quick stop as we drove through, the service kinda sucked tho, slow and they tried giving me the wrong order, and when my order did come up I was missing my fries and instead of chicken rings I got onion rings

Driving thru on my way to Chicago. Onion rings were hot and fresh and good. I ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers and received 3. They were fresh, hot and good. Ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers, they were also fresh and hot. Drive thru was hopping. Overall great quality and service but im still missing my bacon cheeseburger!
