Edwin Coe is an amazing distillery with some of the best drinks in Indiana! Definitely the best Old Fashioned I’ve had and I haven’t been disappointed by any of their cocktails. Service is always friendly and the crowd is welcoming. Local music and food trucks (especially Fork & Fiddle) make this a great spot to hangout!
Edwin Coe Spirits in Churubusco is a fantastic spot. Their handcrafted spirits—including Old Coe (a Prohibition-era whiskey), High Rye Bourbon, Rye Old Coe, Honey Old Coe, Soft Gin, Vodka, Barrel Aged Rum, and Rum—are top-notch, and the cocktails made with them are just as impressive. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the live music adds the perfect finishing touch. Definitely worth a visit.

Had the best time celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The owners worked with us every step of the way to ensure all our requests were honored. We had about 50 guests and the drinks were spectacular. We also had excellent service from the food truck 'fork and fiddle'.
