We went to the Tour and Tasting and had a fabulous time. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. The spirits were of an excellent quality and you get a lot during the experience. We stayed afterwards and had a Whiskey burger and cocktails, which were excellent as well.

We have been to too many distilleries to count and I rate Edwin Coe right up there. The atmosphere was very relaxed not uptight. The bartender and our server were awesome. They welcomed us and made us feel like they were really happy we were there. They were very knowledgeable about their drinks and food and provided excellent service. I had an Edwin Coe Old Fashion and it was excellent. As an IU fan when my wife ordered a Crimson Tide, I originally cringed, but then remembered IU just got done thrashing Alabama in football. She enjoyed the drink. Place is great for a date or larger groups.

We love coming here in the winter for a quiet, relaxing Friday evening. In the summer, Saturday Music with the back patio space is a fun evening out. They do BOTH vibes very well!

Their handcrafted spirits—including Old Coe (a Prohibition-era whiskey), High Rye Bourbon, Rye Old Coe, Honey Old Coe, Soft Gin, Vodka, Barrel Aged Rum, and Rum—are top-notch, and the cocktails made with them are just as impressive. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the live music adds the perfect finishing touch. Definitely worth a visit.
