We went to the Tour and Tasting and had a fabulous time. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. The spirits were of an excellent quality and you get a lot during the experience. We stayed afterwards and had a Whiskey burger and cocktails, which were excellent as well.
We have been to too many distilleries to count and I rate Edwin Coe right up there. The atmosphere was very relaxed not uptight. The bartender and our server were awesome. They welcomed us and made us feel like they were really happy we were there. They were very knowledgeable about their drinks and food and provided excellent service. I had an Edwin Coe Old Fashion and it was excellent. As an IU fan when my wife ordered a Crimson Tide, I originally cringed, but then remembered...
Edwin Coe is an amazing distillery with some of the best drinks in Indiana! Definitely the best Old Fashioned I’ve had and I haven’t been disappointed by any of their cocktails. Service is always friendly and the crowd is welcoming. Local music and food trucks (especially Fork & Fiddle) make this a great spot to hangout!
